TMALL is the most visited business to consumer platform enabling businesses world-wide to reach China's vast and growing consumer market.   • Depending on store-type, orders are expected to be shipped within 72 hours of order placement.
  • TMall charges hefty set up fees, but once you are listed you just pay commission
  • Companies with a business entity in Mainland China are eligible for T-Mall.com, and companies with overseas licenses are eligible for T-Mall Global.
  • The order products are listed in from a search are based on a ‘secret formula’ based on sales, reviews, SEO (title and product optimisation), DSR score and price.
  • The DSR score is displayed on every product on Tmall, it is a score out of 5 for 3 categories; logistics, customer service and product quality as rated by customers. T-Mall will consider this score when including brands in campaigns.
  • Tmall also has a fresh food (mostly imported) section which provides within 24-hour delivery.
