BRIEF:Identify, Profile, Engage and activate high value channels for NZ exporters.
APPROACH:As a company with hard-won, grass-roots knowledge of the Asia F&B scene, TBA is a natural fit with the New Zealand government’s business development arm, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. We have worked closely with the NZTE teams in both China and New Zealand on high-value sales channel identification, activation strategies and industry collaborations. We have a strong on-going relationship with long-term channel development strategy for multi-brand premium food and beverage products in retailers and 5-star hotels.
RESULTS:We consistently generate new leads for NZ products, open doors to major F&B channels and grow exports.
