Meet Jack Huang, the Exec Chef from Pizza Marzano in China.
Jack lived in the UK for 8 years working for Pizza Express before returning to China and developing Pizza Marzano, China's own brand.
Pizza Marzano is now a well known name in China, they have 65 restaurants in 10 cities. A new brand 'Pizza Marzano Select' opened in late 2019 which is a simplified version of Marzano with a smaller menu, cheaper prices and smaller sites.
