SOFT DATA
Domino’s operate 11,700 stores in more than 75 countries around the world and deliver more than 1 million pizzas a day, making them the world’s largest pizza chain. Their China journey began in Beijing in 1997, and extended to Shanghai in 2008. Domino’s has seen relatively slow growth in China, due in part to their lack of localisation; using the same recipes and flavours as in the US and a traditional delivery- based model promising 30 minutes take away service, which they regularly fail to deliver thanks to Chinese traffic. In recent years Domino’s have made increasing effort to adjust heir offering, now offering vegan friendly pizzas made with non-dairy cheese.
